Hello Southern Ridge Residents!
Summer here we come! With all the improvements in our commons, we have seen an uptick in usage and participation. We are thrilled that residents are taking advantage of the amenities. It is important to note that rules have been established to keep our commons problem free. Pay special attention to signage and rules. Please refer any questions or concerns to HOAMS at 351-7650.
All residents are invited to attend our community HOA Board meetings to hear more about our plans, ask questions, or provide feedback! Meetings are generally held the fourth Monday of each month; however in the case of date changes residents are encouraged to review the events calendar on this page as well or on the Southern Ridge HOA page. Meetings take place at Reliance Community Church, 11910 W. Pawnee (corner of 119th and Pawnee).
