MEETING Minutes

 Call Meeting to Order:   6:01pm

* Residents in attendance:  None

Approval of October Minutes:   Board member made note that they were in attendance.  Secretary corrected minutes to reflect the update.  Jeremy motions to approve minutes as amended.

Resident Open Forum: None

Priority Business:

• Assessment Increase: Tyler motions to raise dues 20%, Jeremy 2nds.  Dues haven’t been raised in nearly 8 years.  Board member expressed concern that the dues must be raised regardless of Annual Meeting vote to secure a loan.  Board members noted increase in dues would be required to attend to additional projects for new Commons Land development.  Furthermore, money is needed to replace aging Commons amenities and to address the drainage hazards on the north side of the Commons area.  Motion passes 5 Yes votes plus 1 Yes proxy vote.
