Call Meeting to Order: 6:34 pm

  • Connie Motions to amend the Agenda. Add: *Power wash Pool House and Monuments.

Approval of Minutes:   Kip motions to approve April Minutes. Brian seconded. Motion approved 6-0

Residents Open Forum:  N/A

DRC: Shed approval – Desired place is set on a drainage easement. Shed needs new location so it does
Not sit in easement.

Landscape Committee: Items tied into Priority Business below.

Priority Business:

  • Resident to meet compliance: N/A

  • Review Bid(s) to Repair Monument on Greenfield: New bid was turned in, it is cheaper but The bidder found additional fixes on all 3 Monuments. Ashley motions to accept new Proposed bid from Precision Masonry. Brian Seconded. Motion approved 6-0.

  • Review Architecture bids for commons area: Tyler had spoken to GMLV about getting a ball park Estimate for the commons area. 2-3 weeks went by With no word. GLMV came back and said that a Master Plan would cost $10,000. MKC is supposed To give a plan but nothing has been received at this Time. Ideas were then shared as to what would be Proposed. All-purpose court, gazebo, kiddy pool West of existing pool, sand volleyball, basketball Court. New extra parking turned out to be length Of the discussion. How big the parking lot should Be. Gazebo area was discussed and how big of a Space would be needed and what kind of gazebo or Covered shelter would be installed. A fence for the All-purpose court was also a topic of discussion. To Close this item for meeting minutes Kip stated that Repeated bullets were the following: Financial, All-Purpose court with fence and security, gazebo, pool add On, additional parking. Architect will be chosen in the June meeting.

  • Review Sidewalk Bids: Calvin Opp Concrete Inc. turned in a bid that board members really Favored when it came to price and quality. Kip motions to approve Calvin Opp Concrete bid. Jeremy seconded. Motion approved 6-0.

  • Review Bids for Survey work: N/A

  • Resident Fence: Work has been completed with both parties at satisfaction.

  • Drone Pictures: N/A

  • Resident made contact with HOAMS regarding Good Standing Status and pool key. Board discussed and under strict condition, Kip motions that resident may keep pool key privileges. Tyler seconded. Motion approved 6-0.

  • Kip stated that the ponds/commons area needed new signs ordered and installed. Eight signs total, six existing that will be replaced and 2 new signs around pool/pool house stating “YOU’RE BEING WATCHED”. Kip motions for the approval of the new signs. Ashley seconded. Motion approved 6-0.

  • • Trees along Pawnee and Maize – Tyler motions to get bids from Brandon Hay and JoJac’s to pull trees. Jeremy seconded. Motion approved 6-0.
