Call Meeting to Order: 6:40 pm

  • Connie Motions to amend the Agenda. Add: *Power wash Pool House and Monuments.

*Repaint Parking Lot and Basketball Court line.

*Change of HOA bi-weekly inspection to weekly

   During months of April through September.

 *Repair Monument on Greenfield. Tyler

    Seconded. Motioned approved 4-0.

Approval of Minutes:  Kip motions to amend “October” minutes to December minutes and accept  December minutes, seconded my Jeremy. Motion approved 4-0.

Residents Open Forum:  N/A

DRC: Joe stated 4 requests have come through.

Priority Business:

  • Updating/review bylaws and covenants with attorney: Connie mentioned that portable basketball goals were outlawed but a permanent goal was ok with DRC approval. Number of trees should be changed to one in the front yard and one in the back yard. Jeremy voice that he liked that idea. Tyler stated that the covenants and bylaws need to match the Kansas State Stature. Further discussion will take place again at next meeting.

  • Discuss a monthly/Bimonthly newsletter: Connie would like to see a newsletter go out quarterly. Topics were discussed as to what information would be published on the next newsletter.

  • 2017 Reseeding bid: N/A

  • Set 3-4 goals for 2017 in order of importance with goal completion dates to track board for the upcoming year: Tabled till all board members are present.

  • Website Information:

  • HOA websites discussion and take action for new website. Announce launch date. Tabled; Kip will be bringing an additional bid: Kip presented a bid from Lee Media Group. Jeremy motioned to accept Lee Media Group Bid, seconded by Connie. Motion approved 4-0. Transition will take place May 1st.

  • Look at airplane teeter-totter for permanent fix. Fix teeter-totter by welding and springs: Teeter-Totter was fixed. Labor was donated.

  • Power Wash Pool House and Monuments: Board would like to see how much Hay would charge.

  • Repaint Parking Lot and Basketball Court Lines: Board would like to see how much Hay would charge.

  • Change of HOA Bi-weekly inspection to weekly during months April – September: HOAMS said they would do so and would also do them on different weekdays instead of just Mondays. The charge would be an extra $125.00 per month. Tyler motions to accept and Jeremy seconded. Motion passed 5-0.

  • Repair Monument on Greenfield: HOAMS will request bids for repair of monument.

  • April 24th Board Meeting: Weather Permitting, Board Meeting will be held at the Pool House.
