Contract negotiations:
Heard from landscape management companies: Lukens Lawn and Landscaping, Superior Landscape Management
Custom Touch Lawn and Landscape, Lawn care: Gary motions to accept Lukens, Nate seconds, approved: 3-1 (1 abstain)

Pool contract:
Heard from Chad Hosford of Aquasizers about our contract and customer service issues. Pool Contract: Nate motions to give Aquasizers our 15 day notice to terminate our contract. Passes 3-0 (2 abstain) Nate motions to get 3 bids for pool maintenance passes 4-0 (1 abstain)

Security system: posponed

Rip rap: Ashley motions to get 3 bids for large rock rip rap for both ponds. Passes 5-0

Social: Ashley motions to approve $1000 for social: approved 5-0
