Meeting called to order at 7:22 pm.
Board Member Attendees: Ashley Schrader, Connie Clary, Nate Schwiethale,
Board Members not present: Jeff Horschel
Management Company in attendance: Deric Kelley, Rodney Wright
DRC member in attendance: Joe Clary
Approval of minutes: Motion made by Connie Clary and seconded by Nate Schwiethale. Approved 3-0.
Committee Reports:

• DRC Committee: n/a
• Pool/Maintenance Committee: New pool keys were issued, waiting on internet install
• Neighborhood Watch Committee: n/a
• Welcome /Social Committee: Ice Cream Social scheduled for June 27th. Discussed plans.

Old Business:

• Discussed playground equipment install. HOA management to seek bids.

New Business:

• New signature card were signed for the account at Fidelity. HOA to mail signed card to Fidelity.
• Discussion was made to change our collection company to CCM. Motion was made by Nate and seconded by Ashley. Motion approved 3-0
• Discussion to add a second member to the Design Review Committee: Connie motioned to add Shawn Patterson to the DRC and seconded by Nate. Motion approved 2-1.
