- Pool is closed. Yard of the month is done for 2014.
Reports of the Treasurer
- Discussion regarding Aquasizers costs and service.
Reports of the Secretary
- Minutes and agendas are getting uploaded. We’re allowed 15 page edits a year.
- Getting good interactions on the Facebook page.
- *Email Mike and add Connie to webpage edits.
Reports of the Committee
DRC Committee
- 1 request since last meeting. Approved.
- Austin will check for outstanding requests.
Maintenance Committee
- Pool is broken. Working to get it fixed.
- Follow up with Austin ensure residents with unpaid dues are locked out of pool.
Neighborhood Watch Committee
- Sign is purchased, need a post. Joe will help with installation.
Welcome Committee
- Follow up with Heidi for new residents.
Old Business
- Neighborhood Watch Sign-see above.
- Security System-Still have 2 bids. 3rd bid will be received 9-3-2014.
- Gary motions to reimburse Marco’s mother her $20.00. (3-2)
New Business
Pool Issues
- Aquasizers- Board is reviewing contract and questioning the charges by Aquasizers. It appears they are charging us for things that should be included for the contract price. The board is exploring the option of changing pool service companies.
- Heidi will price a sign for pool reservations.
- Nate motions to charge $50 for pool reservation for 2015, and $50 deposit (residents will be provided a cleaning checklist): (3-1)
- Repairs- Water line from the pump room needs significant repair (may require excavation.) The broken line is causing flooding behind pool house. HOA Management will get 3 bids for repair. Board will vote once received.
Playground Budget – Ashley will provide two ideas with costs for adding playground equipment to our play area. One around $5000 the other around $10,000
SLM issues
- Follow up on bids for monument irrigation-obtain 3 bids from companies besides SLM
- Drainage/flooded areas- obtain 3 bids from companies besides SLM
- Does our contract include yearly overseed?
- Follow up on weed spraying near the ponds.
Neighborhood party- National Night out (in October 2015)
