Residents Open Forum
Mr. Nelson RE: Trash blind and questions about fines and procedures. Nate motions to waive Mr. Nelson’s fines: approved 5-0

Officer Reports:
President- No report.
Treasurer – 2014 began with $40, 666 and we ended it with $78,146. Budget for 2015 included increases for maintenance and improvements.
Secretary- No report.

Committee Reports:
DRC Committee– Approved privacy fence on Atlanta. And approved Mr. Nelson’s trash blind.
Pool/Maintenance Committee– Follow up with HOA on pool contract.
Neighborhood Watch Committee- Still inviting and looking for people to organize.
Welcome / Social Committee- Letter is revised and given to realtors closing in the area. Note on website and factbook page to keep kids out of construction sites.

Old Business:

Security System – Status and bids

Irrigation – Flooding/Sprinkler System Update from Suburban Landscape Management

  • Behind Fieldcrest, South/West of the Pool, behind Lark, Open Lot, Small Pond, Monuments
  • Drainage swell work done behind Fieldcrest. Shaun Patterson’s concerns with his property was addressed by SLM. Possible aeration and overseed in the area come fall of 2015.
  • Sprinklers behind Lark are fixed. Overseed/Fill Lark commons walkway suggested for Fall of 2015.
  • Monuments are irrigated top and bottom.
  • SLM will follow up on the rip rap around ponds, bids for evergreens

Approval of 2015 Budget – Ashley Motion to approve, Approved: 5-0

New Business:

Covenant Enforcement and Fines

  • Ashley motions to enforce yards must have a minimum 1 tree, 80% grass, and 12 perennials or bushes (1 tree okay). Approved 5-0
