Southern Ridge HOA Meeting Minutes
12-9-2012

Meeting started at 6:13 with Lisa, Nate, Gary and Jeff.  Tracy joined us at 6:45.

Treasurer Report $35,000 at beginning of month $62,000 at the end of the month.

Approved to purchase a $50 gift card for repair of entrance light for Richard Crego.

Motion to remove a DRC member – Motion was tabled until next meeting.

Tracy to communicate issues with Omni as requested by the board.

Vote 5-0 to approve purchase of sleeve and approve bid to Jay Russell for $1,600 to completed basketball pad.

Budget was reviewed by the board.

Next meeting scheduled for January 13th at 6.

Meeting adjourned at 8:45.
